I'm a little worried about my male panther, he has white/yellow stringy material hanging from the opening of his bum. He is a CB chameleon that I purchased and raised from 2 months old. Could he have a tape or hook worm? :confused: Here are some pictures of the questionable stringy...

I just recently picked up some Spanish Moss from Pike Family Nurseries.
The Spanish moss is dark green and from Mexico. Does anyone know if this will cause problems with Panther Chameleons?

Is it both the size and the ventilation? If its just ventilation, I can probably get a glass cutter and cut some large holes in the sides. If its the size.... well, I'm screwed and need a new enclosure.

Thanks! I had a feeling the guy at PetSmart was not very educated in caring for Chameleons. I'm going to order a new enclosure for him pronto! I will let you know if he starts drinking regularly.
