my one year old has had a "broken" tail since I got her. As long as the cham has full mobility of the tail, I don't think it's a big deal. Mine uses her tail just fine and has never had a problem.

I just recently moved my one year old veiled into a new enclosure (24"x24"x48") and she seems a lot more scared of me than she was in the smaller cage. Should I let her adjust to her new surroundings until I try and handle her? It's been a little over a week since the move so maybe I'm expecting...
I guess it's been a couple of months. I didn't know that they shed less when they get older. Maybe there isn't a problem at all.

I hadnt thought of towels. I thought the cage was too deep to use any substrate. I'll give them a try. And my post was a little confusing. I do have a UV light and a heat lamp. I just think they are the same brand.

I just got my new cage for my 1 year old veiled. It's 2'x2'x4'. I have the mist king set up and working but I was wondering how long and how many times a day I should have it run?
This is my first mist king so any help is appreciated!
I buy them at pet stores. I gut load and have a water substitute. I dont really have the space to keep that many around.
