Can I feed tomato to hornworms then to my Cham?

I recently ordered hornworms off of a website and when they arrived the hornworm chow had fly larvae on it so I decided to empty the chow out and I saw that tomato was a good substitute for the chow but just noticed that it’s bad for chameleons due to the high acid levels. Is it okay that I’m...

    Hornworm food has larvae.

I recently bought hornworms off of a website and I just noticed that the food has small white worms on it. I don’t know if that’s normal or not because I’ve never ordered hornworms or had a hornworm so I don’t know what to do.

What types of plants are safe for a chams enclosure?

I've seen a lot of people on this forum put live plants in their chams enclosure. I was wondering what type of plants were safe for the cham. I currently only have plastic plants in his enclosure.

    Are waterfalls really that bad?

I've been hearing a lot about waterfalls as a water source for chameleon. When I first got him I wasn't quite sure how I was going to provide a water source. The people at the pet store where I got him said he would drink from a bowl of water, but I knew that was wrong and did a little bit of...

    lost my chameleon

Hey, I have had a baby veiled chameleon for less then a month and I already lost him. I don’t know how but he got out of his cage. His cage is in the living room area and the area is big. I’m concerned that he’s going to die because the house isn’t humid enough and the temperature is not what it...
