I noticed after my recent entry to the photo contest that im the only one using a flash when taking pictures. Should I not be doing this?

I would let more experienced owners chime in but he or she still looks younger but it's hard to say by pics. The marks look like burn marks to me but again I'm new also. I do know Your basking temp is way to high!! Should be mid 80s at the most. Also no night light is needed unless your house...

When I have them i do 1-2 a day. Not sure if that's recommend but if not they grow way to fast lol. Hope others can chime in. P.S. nice photo in the contest, nice to see others posting pics already.

The bigger container the better, they need a whole lot more space then ppl give them. I use a cricket keeper for this reason with 30-40 each time. Still I lose about 5 in the 2-3 days it takes to feed them off.

Also he was bigger than a normal mosquito and I just put a new plant in Saturday but I rinsed it really good before putting in cage. ( did not re-pot)
