How do i care for these feeders: -hornworms -butterworms -superworms

1) I am getting a 4 month old vield cham and how much of each should i feed to her: Crickets hornworms silkworms butterworms superworms 2) also..... how do i stop the worms from growing to big for my cham?

Out of this list what foods are staple foods and what are treats? - cricket - horn worms - silk worms - butter worms - wax worms Also are these insects enough varieties for the chameleon? Also how do I care for each of them and which ones do I dust and how much should I dust them with each...

That's not the only thing Couldn't I still feed it meal worms silk worms, superworms, wax wins, and butter worms?

Is it ok for me no to feed a chameleon roaches, hornworms, flies and butter worms? If not .... Which ones do I need to feed it?

I am in massachussetts and I am getting a chameleon but I need to get a permit and I don't know why they are illegal. So.... Does anyone else know?
