    Chameleon digging!

My female veiled chameleon is digging in her lay bin for the first time! Shes been super angry lately and I'm pretty sure it's because she was just gravid. I'm a combination of excited and terrified rn

    How to tell when gravid?

I have a 8mo fe veiled and I was wondering what ways you can tell if your cham Is gravis. She's been showing darker colors the last couple days(don't have pic rn will add one later) but I don't see the mustard or blue colors you hear about a lot. She's still eating, actively hunting her feeders...

    My plant is dying

Anything with spikes in the red and blue range, you can get pretty cheap bulbs or a nicer setup. I used to use a twin t5 with a daylight warm and a daylight cool bulbs and it worked great. Something like an aquarium hood

    My plant is dying

Also what you can try to do is repor it in a pot size bigger and that should help

    My plant is dying

Is the soil dry or sopping wet? How much light is it currently getting? From the looks of it doesn't seem like light is the problem tho but I better ask anyways

Do i need to change anything?

God no, tinted bulbs, along with calci-sand for other reptiles, are the devil

Do i need to change anything?

Thank you so much, I'll start cutting down on her feeding and watch her daytime humidity, also the bulb is a regular incandescent bulb, just one of the ones that are tinted warmer, compared to blue-er light, I just forgot the word at the time. I'll also get on getting her a better uv setup...

Do i need to change anything?

Yeah for the bulb it's an incandescent bulb, that word escaped me for some reason, I can definitely lower the humidity, and I have checked on the Persian shield in another post on here earlier, I was told it's perfectly safe. Thank you for helping me out, maybe now I can stop worrying so much...

Do i need to change anything?

Just want to make sure my husbandry is up to par Your Chameleon - Female veiled, 8mo, had her for 4mo Handling - I almost never handle her, only when I need to take her out to deep clean her enclosure. Feeding - 4-5 Dubais and 5-6 super worms every other day. Gutloaded with carrots, chard...

    Persian shield?

Are Persian Shields safe to put with a chameleon? I just bought one today and I think it would look beautiful in my enclosure.

    Stuck shed?

I flutter between 40 and 55, but I've been spraying down her enclosure more often with her in shed

    Stuck shed?

My girl (7mo f veiled) has been in shed the last two days and everything has come off but some on her tail and a tiny piece on her leg, both in photo . Should I be worried or is it natural? how do I help her get it off? I know you should never pull on any of the skin.
