Thanks for the suggestions, Alexl. I will do my best to solve this. I kinda knew there would be no easy fix but thought I had to ask just in case.

    Feet inflamation, loosing claws

The blisters were probably due to wet branches. There's nothing in his terrarium that can cause them. The interiour of the terrarium is fine, nothing he could burn himself on and not too hot, everything is measured (temp and humidity). What I was asking for is if someone knew of a remedy that...

    Feet inflamation, loosing claws

Veterinarian fees are very high in my country and he just lost his job. I have my own animals to care for and can't afford more. :( It's such a damn shame, it's a beautiful animal. It kills me that I can't help him getting well.

    Feet inflamation, loosing claws

Hi! There's a adult Pantherchameleon I know of who's toes are swollen and some of his claws have fallen off. He has trouble climbing because he can't grip the branches properly. It all started with a few sores under his feet (red, but not bleeding) that was treated with anticeptic fluid and...

    Tartar?

No, he doesn't do meth - that I know of. hahaha Thanks for the replies. I don't think it's rot because it doesn't look like you described it. Probably just spotted old brown teeth. I will have a closer look next time we open his mouth. Maybe take a photo as well. Thanks again!

    Tartar?

Can a chameleon get tartar? A reptil expert was here and examined my Panther and said he had tartar but I can't find any information about it online. Can, what he thought was tartar instead be mouth rot?

    Hissing often

Hi My female veiled cham is hissing (letting out air) with open mouth quite often. It's not when I approach her so she's not defencive or aggressive. She does it all by herself all the time. Any idea why? Is it a sign that something is wrong?

What to Feed Ambilobe Panther Chameleon

Oh dear, please separate them immediately! Never ever keep two chams in the same cage!!! Even if you don't see it, they stress out by seeing other chameleons. In the wild they are completly solitary except from when they are to mate. Your chams can die from that stress.

    Help with my pregnant chameleon!

Are those bumps really eggs? I have a veiled female too and she's never looked like that when carrying eggs. Those "eggs" looks enormous and Veiled eggs are very small.

    Panther has worms???

Wow really? How interesting! Thank you tons for that info! :) Piew... that's a relief. He doesn't have much of an apetite so my thoughts immediately went to parasites when I saw this. I guess there's something else bothering him that I need to figure out.

    Panther has worms???

Do sperm plugs come out from the same place as their poop? I thought they came from the genitals. These are fairly long and flat, white-yellowish.

    Panther has worms???

Hi! Does anyone here recognize this? It is sometimes stuck in my Panther's anal opening after he has pooped. It doesn't come off unless I pull it out. When I pull it, more of it comes out and it's sorta stuck inside. These "things" never seem to be alive, it looks like sort of dead skin from...

    No basking light? HELP!

Uvb!! Just wanted to stress that it's UVB light you need. Not UVA - or you can have both too if you prefer, but the UVB is the most important one. Without it, your cham will get sick and die.
