Thanks for the info, any suggestions as where to buy dubia in Southern California, or internet supplier? How many dubia do you feed typically? What about Fruit Flies? My veiled seems to not like crickets very much anymore.

It seems like Dubia would be far to large for 6 month old Veiled to eat? any info helpful.

Cage is 30"X18"X18". Thanks for the info Camimom was getting worried that there was something wrong. He protects his new home by hissing and trying to bite, but me thinks that is more for show then anything cause once he is out he is fine being handled.

Got my male veiled in May this year at 3 months old. He is growing big and just got him a new herp about three weeks ago. He moves up and down the cage alot? Can't find any info on this behavior. The other thing is he doesn't seem to eat as much as he did as a toddler? he is eating super worms...
