ok so i know the beetle larvae is fine to feed although as a treat but how does the beetle compare?
is it ok to use the beetle as food?
i bought some ages ago and now have a few beetles so just wondered could i put them in and see what happens.
lol i have only just bought this one, i looked and looked to see which would be better but never really got any where.
ill add some more live plants i think and perspex, and if it still aint enough ill put the fogger on low.

yes there seems to be no real evidence saying it does damage but guess if it can be avoided then do so.

yes it does add sodium thats the idea replacing all the hard stuff with sodium.
it wont be dangerous just not great if you can supply bottled water that will be better.
what are you measuring your temp with? is it correct?
how far away are you measuring?
i use a 100w bulb and have various basking spots to give a temp range between 25c-33c
