    I have a 3 year old Mali Uromastyx and he has always been a sick lizard since he was a baby. He doesn't eat much in terms of Crickets and i know they can get kidney failure from too much protiene. He eats a lil bit of bird seeds and mixed greens.     I have a 3 month old translucent veiled chameleon, supposedly translucent but I don't see translusence.I am only feeding him crickets. He will not eat veggies. Are crickets enough or should I provide more variety? If I need to provide variety then what else should I feed him?

    When do translucent veiled Chameleons get their translucence? Mine is about 3 months old and yet there is no translucence. He has the socks that their supposed to have but nothing else
