    Reaching for light

Thank you for the input, I will get more plants i think, i had a repti-breze and i could not keep the humidity above 30% for sustained periods of time due to the climate where i live. When you say planted can you explain more? like the entire floor is more or less plants ?? Sounds like I have...

    Reaching for light

I have noticed with the exo-terra the substrate does not dry very quickly at all... how did you increase air flow? all i have done is remove the vent covers at the bottom of the tank. I have attached pictures, it is also about 6ft or so. uvb is Exo-Terra uvb 100 13Watt

    Reaching for light

Hello, Has any one seen their cham(s) claw / reach for the light source in their terrarium? Lately mine has been sitting on his basking vine and reaching up for the light, not sure what this behavior means? He is seemingly healthy, eats and drinks very often, poop looks healthy and he...

    from cage to glass

Would an Exo Terra Large - Xtra tall terrarium (36 by 18 by 36-Inch) be sufficient for a panther? it looks to be about the same size as the repti breeze i currently house Leonard in. He is some what on the smaller side for a panther but only a year old so he might grow a smidgen more. Taping...

    from cage to glass

Im in Toronto. I could try and find plexiglass i like that idea a lot actually. I can also try the jar + sponge idea... but i dont own fish or fish tank so that one might not be the best idea for me right now. I understand air flow is good, but with the electric heaters in the winter it just...

    from cage to glass

Hello, Ive had my cham for a few months now, and i have noticed that it is getter harder and harder for me to keep humidity levels up now that winter is coming. During the summer months, everything was great, then i had to add bags to the side of the cage, and now, i can not keep humidity in no...
