    Check this out!!!

This is by FAR the best feeding video I've seen. +1

    my chameleon is acting strange.

Do NOT do this. Baby food is formulated for humans, which are mammals, and will have potentially poisonous amounts of protein for a reptile.

    Is everything OK?

Looks pretty good. Chams are scrawny little things by nature, the way you tell how their weight is doing is by the fat pads on the top of their head

he "leans" when basking / relaxing....

The technical term is "gangsta lean".

    Diarrhea ??

Horns and silks are very watery and will definitely result in loose stool if fed exclusively. Just keep a balance between the squishy and the crunchy (crickets and roaches).

Do you have a UVB bulb?

    Goodbye to Aesop

Thank you. He really was. Thanks Jann. You are a real source of support for the cham community. It was better than nothing I guess. I just wish I had acted sooner. Thank you. I did when I finally did. Thanks for your kind words though, he definitely had some good times. Thank...

    Goodbye to Aesop

Aesop was my panther chameleon. Some of you may remember I posted about him quite a lot when I first got him. He struggled with a chronic eye issue for a long time, with things getting really bad earlier in the week. I took him to see ferret and she prescribed a very thorough round of treatment...

Our youngest not really using his tongue

What veggies are you using? A good homemade gutload should be WAYYY better then any Flukers crap. Could you post a closeup of his eye?
  10. Jupiter

Maybe and Odd question, but can you use baby food to gut load?

I wouldn't. It's formulated for mammals, and so it probably has a lot more protein than is healthy, among other imbalances.

Rescue panther, don't know what locale

My guess would be Ambanja but I'm far from sure

Our youngest not really using his tongue

I think it's an eye issue. The inside of his lid looks a little droopy, but a better picture of his eye would be nice. My guy is having eye issues right now that started out looking like that, and his aim deteriorated like you describe. Unfortunately I still don't know what the problem is so I...

    some nice pictures....

Awesome post Chris, that was extremely informative. I've always been curious about the different legality of certain species between different countries and how that all works out. This is one of the coolest threads on this site, I hope it can stay that way.
