what is the wattage on the fixture you purchased from walmart?

the fixture I just purchased has nothing blocking the bulb. its like using a regular hood. my worry was the fixture wattage being 18 watts and the bulb being 20 watts.

I found a fixture for my 24 inch bulb, but it is a 18 watt fixture and the bulb is 20 watts. it has not blown out yet. my question is will the fixture wattage diminish the amount of uvb if its 2 watts lower then the bulb. thanx
