    Hmm a lil more reading and it lists "old world chameleonida" (spelling?) as a species requiring permit but I'm not sure what is classified as an "old world chameleon"

    That law says "wild animals". Not necessarily exotic but wild animals. If the chameleon was captive hatched and raised it is not a "wild animal". I think you're fine to just get one because it is a domesticated animal.

    Itll be okay. Even if he doesn't make it and passes away its just his time and will no longer be suffering. If he does make it obviously its because you did something to help him unlike the irresponsible idiot that had him before. Have you taken him to the vet??

    I use a 6500k cfl. From i understand its supposed to be a more pure white like the sun. Something like that. Google could prolly give a good explanation between the 2

    Pissed Cat

    i never have and never will give my cat a bath. they bathe themselves. i understand they can get dirty but they dont roll around in the mud/dirt like dogs do. i've never seen a cat dirty enough to where it needed to be subjected to water torture. cats DO NOT like water lol not even for a flea...

    Theres 2 different schefflera. Make sure you get the schefflera arbicola, the other schefflera is not safe for chams

    If you pull too hard you could pull of fresh skin with the dead skin that hasnt totally separated. Not the greatest explanation but it could be like pulling a scab off your knee before it is healed completely

    Arcadia T5 HO UVB bulb break in?

    Had my carpet cham under the arcadia 6.0 since i got him. He seems to be doin just fine. I still like to get him as much natural light as possible but its been a lil too cold for that. Maybe someone will correct me, but if im not mistaken the HO, i think, refers to the lower power consumption...

    I try to time it so only 5-10 hatch at a time n just leave in the chams cage. Or just keep them in a Tupperware container
