I was thinking the same thing. My Cham is 5 month and just switched to 1/2" 2 weeks ago. Regardless, his crix don't chirp yet.
To the OP, I would suggest switching to smaller crix for now for the chirping solution, as well as being better for your Cham at his age and size.
Lilo and stitch was the first thing that came to mind... However, I've never seen the movie.
Thing 1 and thing 2 was my runner up.
What about fred and wilma, or george and jane (jetson, not of the jungle) judy and elroy jetson. Or luke and lea skycrawler.
I'd say misting is pretty important, next to feeding. Although, I have a humidifier, its an ultrasonic. They do drip quite a bit. But, like you said, it cools the air down quite a bit. So the time that it's on, in order to stay warm, doesn't produce enough water to replace misting.

As for the snake. It's possible it was in the viper category. My brother had a picture of it for the longest time, but it would take me weeks before I could even find...
OT a bit, but I once saw a snake who met its fate under a car tire. Somehow when in got hit it squeezed all its inards out its rear I guess, but to my suprise it also squeezed out a handful of babies. Some didnt even make it all the way out, which is what led me to believe, they were born, or...
You dont even have to wait that long! Im not sure if there is a ton of snow in WA right now, but they're probably "sleeping" under that same rock they'll ne under all summer. Its below 30 here in PA, but I figure I can still gather a good amount tomorrow. I saw some today under some old wood I...
