I noticed the same things. Hydrating today with some Hornworms. Noticed he struggling to swallow. I hand fed them to him, he doesn't appear to strike. left eye closes sometimes. Inside of mouth appears to be fairly dry. Have no knowledge of his previous husbandry. Has beautiful color sometimes...

I've just aquired an older Nosy Be. Was told he was several years old. He has a weird growth on the side of his lower lip and his lips seem to be relaxed. Anyone seen anything like this and have any recommendations. Off to the Vet next week for a look.

The vet bill was $65 for the exam and treatment for parasites. I'm now using a Vet in the Valrico area.

Well, it was $164.00 including baytril and silvadene. They put her out and excised it, removed the yuck and cleaned the area out. She is doing well today I'm happy to report.

Update! Took her to the vet today and had it lanced and cleaned. She is now on antibiotics. She was under anesthesia during the procedure and appears to be ok. She (the vet) didn't think it was causing breathing issues but I'm not sure I agree, Otherwise I don't think she would have been holding...

Thanks everyone! Vet visit tomorrow. I've just switched to a new vet that seems to be much more experienced with Reptiles. They were recommended by another vet that I've known for years. Happy with them so far. We'll see how this episode goes.

Definitely going back to the Vet. I'm a believer in Vet care. Here is another picture. I'm concerned because since she was at the vet a few weeks ago it has gotten bigger since then. It may be blocking her nasal passages.
