You can also ask around at your local pet/reptile shops to ask what they would charge you for a box of 500 or 1000. Lots of them will order extra boxes and sell them off to customers for a great price.
Yup, we're a family of 7 that goes through a gallon a day easily. We're still drinking as much of it as always. But we don't get it at WalMart. I can't believe they haven't lifted their 1 per customer thing yet.
That's how it was at my Walmart too. There was no one in line. I had to walk extra extra far to get around the cart blockade for no reason. They had TONS of the RO water I use I'm stock. But a limit of 1 per customer. Such a pain when you need 10. I left and found that a different nearby store...
Yeah California... My wife and I are from Orange County (and I've lived in Berkeley and Davis) and my in-laws are still down in the OC. I hear a lot about how California is doing during all this. I think it's going much more smoothly here in Colorado.
We have 2 main grocery store chains in Colorado. It's very interesting that some things tend to be in stock regularly at one, that are never in stock at the other. I've been able to get all my baking supplies at Safeway for example, but never water. I have to go to King Soopers (I hate that...
I knew a lady in Los Angeles around 20 years ago that bred frogs and she had Giant Day Geckos loose in her house just for that reason. It was fun to visit her house.
Backwater appears to have some in stock. It's a little unclear if they are brookesia or rhampholeon.

This was my first show in Colorado (and my first show in years), so I don't have anything from that past to compare it to. I thought it was ok-ish. I expected more herps. There were SOO many geckos. The crested, gargoyle, satanic, eyelash, etc. I like them a lot, but wow they were...
Yeah, thanks @Tony_S and @Hashtag ChamLife. That all makes sense. I think I'll just get there first thing, not pay vip, and roll the dice on finding what I want. I know there will be a couple local chameleon breeders there that I'll be checking out. Fingers crossed!

Hey everyone, I'm headed to the National Reptile Expo in Denver tomorrow (Saturday, February 21st). I've been to quite a few reptile Expos in my life, but I've never really gone with the intent of buying anything more than a single frog or a box of crickets. This time I'm hoping to do some...
