I have my ceiling light on sometimes when they sleep. It doesn't seem to bother my bunch of chams at all. There in a deep sleep. The lights on the top of the cage block out the ceiling light and I put a huge peice of a cardboard box in front of the cages to block out any other light.
Well when I started off with panther chams 7 years ago, it was a 50 because I was new to it. But now I would rate them as a 5 since I'm more experienced. But if one happens to get sick then that number goes right back up to 50.
Sorry, but I'm not sure. Usually parsons cost over well over 1 thousand dollars. If you got him cheaper than that then you got a steal or you didn't get a parsons.
