I recently noticed a weird thing comeing off my chameleons butt is this common or should i take him to a vet?

An update My chameleons eyes are open now. I changed light bulbs and now her eyes are back to normal. Thanks everyone for the help:):D

My newest chameleon had been given the wrong light while i was on vacation. Will Her eyes reopen soon? her eyes have been closed for about a day now and its making me worried.
