I think those temps will do fine. There is a lot of variability in how people hatch panther eggs. Some do a cool period and then warm them up. Some use a steady temp in an incubator (which I have done with success). Some just keep them at room temp in a room that doesn't get exceptionally cool...

I just put 34 Panther chameleon eggs in a medium tray 2 days ago. Long wait to see how much I like it! I have heard some very good things about them, so thought I would give it a try.

Can you post a couple pictures of him, maybe from different angles? From the one pictures, it looks like his back leg that is visible is possibly swollen. As kinyonga asked, how long has he been eating just mealworms? I couldn't follow the sentence on feeding, how are you supplementing?

There are certainly a lot of people on here with more knowledge than me, but the first thing I would note is that veileds need good air movement, and that this enclosure looks like it has very little. Most people use screen/mesh enclosures, because they allow for good circulation of air. Also...
