I absolutely agree. If the person who had him even slightly cared or paid attention, he would not have endured so much hardship....

I wish it would have been as easy as a shower...I had to flush the eyes everyday with a catheter and get eye ointment in them...:)

His eyes are finally open and he is starting to see out of his right eye....and he shows it!! Little attitude....

Totally did this last night after dinner...realized all my tupperware contained silkworms and silkworm food....sad but a reality...lol :D

I like getting the eggs...last time I ordered from CS I got an order of large, said to be about 1 in...but they were huge (2-3 inches), too big to feed to my cham and all immediately started to cocoon...I prefer the smalls if eggs are not available, then I grow to the size I need. :D

I do have both lowes and home depot. The ones at home depot only had temp, no humidity. I will look at lowes today.

I technically do write for a living in a manner of speaking. But, kid you not, this thing is possessed! It will actually leap off of whatever he is on to get away from me....someone may already have used this name, but he needs to be called Evil Chamevil....

The cage he came in is not bad...for a tiny tiny chameleon (its all screen which is nice for a baby, not a 4-5 month old of his size)...he's now in the newest patio cage I built with tons of room...I'm sure he will settle down.

Yeah...I don't own the one in the avatar, but that would be about right. Took me forever just to grab him out of the filthy cage he came in...imagine a tiny little 3 inch body hissing like crazy , puffing up like a blowfish, turning black and jumping around like a rabbit...he better warm...

Quarantine...yes! Turns out, its a boy...and man, is he a mean little thing. Didn't know they could jump or move that fast. Wow. He looks very healthy for what he was kept in, I'm sure I got him before any problems could really start since the kid only had him for less than 2 months....but talk...
