Ok guys, this is awesome. I just started using this and its great!! I have 100+
crickets in my habitat for them and they love this!!! Here is the recipe.

1/4 cup oatmeal (regular with no sugar)
1/4 cup corn flakes (regular with no sugar)
15 baby carrots cut into slices
10+ cranberries (can use apples, grapes, bilberry, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, raspberry, apples, plums, and red cabbage)
also 1/8 cup of romaine lettuce.

It sounds weird but It works.

JUST FYI
I remember reading about something found in carrots as well as most dusts'. When feeding crix gutloaded with carrots and dusting its too much of that chem and it slowly kills cham.

There wasn't that many. Plus they were put in a blender thing and they were chopped up into fine grains.

I'm trying your recipe LPR. I tossed everything into the blender and chopped it up, chopped it up real good
I added a tad of H2O and scooped it all out into ice cube trays. I'm gonna freeze it and try it out tomorrow.
I just want to find a good low cash way of keeping my chams fed well :D

im gutloading my crickets with:

collard greens
mustard greens
alfalfa sprouts
baby carrots
asparagus
watercress
tropical fish flakes

all put into food processor seperately then mixed together. freeze portions that arent used, will last me about 3-4mo. cost about $12 at grocery store.

NOT ONLY THAT:

but i also give them the best grain based feed found on the internet, vet recommended.

also, slices of mango, apple, and pears.

all of these are offered to the crickets at the same time.

am i missing anything? think this is sufficient? overkill?they absolutely love the mixes. my crickets are so healthy i almost wanna eat em.
