Stop using tomatoes! they are toxic for chams. Potatoes are not very good. Please find sandrachameleon's blogs on gutloading and begin using those items. I use fresh fruits and veggies.
How much water does he need????

I would be misting him at least 4-6 times a day, so that the cage is dripping wet.

This color means he is dehydrated, urates shoudl always be white. so he needs more water.

get rid of this bulb asap! get a reptiglo or reptisun 5.0 and it should be on for 12 hours a day. same with basking bulb. 12 hours on, 12 hours off. not enough uvb and he will develop metabolic bone disease.

what is the basking temp inside the cage? what is the temp at the bottom of the cage?
Id say about 80 degrees and bottom of cage I have no clue he never goes to the bottom just hangs around on branchesthats a good basking temp for him, though i would up it a bit to about 83.

I would also look up supplementin ginfo on jacksons. too much and they can get sick.
