The pictures are not in the national geographic standard but it is only so you can see the different colours

Great post, Casper! Talk about using color for communication, those guys are awesome! Thanks for sharing (and making it funny, too).

What lovely animals!! That is a color change that I am sure you won't see often. Glad you could capture it and share with us.

Hi Casper,

You sended me a mail a while ago can you please re send it? I excidentily deleted it.

Steven

Casper if you want to send the babies over here I am sure between all of us we would be happy to but the whole clutch, ah if only it were possible. I do like to daydream, and every time I look at your pictures the chamd are more beautiful.

dilepis subspecies?

I know this is an old thread, but wow, those pictures are great and really fascinating.
What I'm wondering is, is there a way to tell which subspecies of dilepis you're getting, say in case all you're told from the dealer is "flap neck", so that you can tailor the husbandry more appropriately if you can find out that species natural habitat conditions?

Great Photos! Its a shame so few people work with Chamaeleo. There are ways to tell the difference. Some have spurs, some dont, size and length of the occipital lobes etc etc. Im no expert though. I think there may be a article on Dilepis on Chameleonnews.com.

Hey!

I am looking for a female Chamaeleo Roperi!
I live in Hungary. I can not find in the surrounding countries. :(
Who can chameleon, I taking over the December Hamm!

Thanks!
