Very beautiful. He will be a spectacular red bar as he matures. The dark barring will turn a beautiful red real soon. He looks stressed and I'm sure the colors are better when he is more relaxed.
Thanks for sharing. Definitely would love to see more pics of him as he gets older.

He hates me. As soon as I set him down, he immediately calms down. Oh the joys of juvenile panthers...

He likes to bite, but thankfully he doesn't have much pressure. None of my chams has broken skin... yet. I've been bitten by snakes and alligator lizards... they seem to have more of a "grip." Hopefully he will mellow out a bit as he grows older.

His dark coloration gives it away about being stressed.
The open mouth confirms it as well.
It looks like there is a cricket in his mouth. I'd be upset to, if you bothered me while I was eating.
I was actually being facetious.
I know he was stressed... but it didn't come out in the written word that I was pointing out all the obvious things that made him stressed. Sorry! I'll call you during dinner to straighten that out. Okay, okay, just kidding! Here are some from today in his outdoor habitat. This is how he usually looks...
