A Tribute to Camille

Camille passed way about 10 minutes till 8 this past Thursday morning on my chest with me rubbing her favorite spot on her neck like I did every night before she went to bed.

She always brought me such great pleasure, gave me all those little ones and it has been a great joy to care for her the past 3 1/2 years. Her passing has left a big gaping hole in my heart. I miss her terribly. The two threads below tell about her health problems.

Sorry for your loss bit as much as we don't want it to happen its a part of life if it helps at least she didn't go out alone u were there with her.

I just want to say again how sorry I am for your loss.

Camillie always seemed to glow in her pictures and how much you loved and cared for her would shine through her pictures.

Though not as much as you we will all miss her, my deepest condolences Jann I know how much she meant to you.

Jann, I am deeply saddened by this. I am so sorry for your loss of Camille. She was a sweet, beautiful girl that had the best life she could have. You dedicated everything to her, and I'm sure she appreciated it.

Oh Jann - I am so very sorry. I'm heartbroken for you. I'm too sad to even look at her pics right now - I feel as if I've known her in person the last year. I am so sorry for your loss. I know you were so very dedicated and loving to Camille (as well as your other kiddos) - you have lost a member of your family. Camille had the very, very best home that any lucky chameleon could ever hope to have. You were a gift to that little personality and her life was amazing because of you. I too am speechless, the loss of your precious Camille is heartbreaking. You both have been on my mind wondering how she was doing.

Jann, I pretty much said everything to you in my email but I want to say again that you are an incredible keeper and Camille was one of the luckiest chameleons there could ever be. What a beautiful tribute to her with all of your stunning photography. She was a gem and will be missed by all. I am glad I got the chance to meet her and wish I would have made it up to your house and seen her again before she went to heaven. RIP sweet Camille.

Jann, I am so very sorry for your loss, I know how special Camille was to you and how hard this must be for you. I can't think of a better way for her to have gone then to have you holding her and massaging her favorite spot the two of you were very lucky to have had each other and I will keep her in my prayers. Jann, as you already know, I'm so sorry that you lost Camille. She couldn't have lived her life with a better person though...and its good to see all the wonderful photos and videos that you have to help you keep her in your heart.

Jann I am so sorry for your loss and I just don't know what to say.....I am stunned and was really praying that she would pull through.

Camille was loved and so well cared for and that is all any cham would ask for. She was lucky to have such a caring keeper.

Jann I am at a loss for words. I am just SO very sorry!! I can only imagine what you are going through. She was such a beautiful cham and one that through your pictures, stories, and video I felt like I knew. Time is too short, and these damn things do NOT live long enough. It only takes a second for them to steal our hearts but live on a lifetime in our memories, our photos, and with that the case, Camille will live on in great style. You were a fabulous mother to her!! Keep your head up...our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Oh my gosh, I didn't expect this.

Jann, I am SO sorry. You loved her SO much, I can't even imagine the pain you're going through. It actually saddens me thinking about it.
