Yemens veiled chameleon - Black toe/lump

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has encountered black marks on their Yemens. Its his inside front toe, looks to be completely black. Otherwise he's in good health, pooping, drinking, eating, sleeping, moving fine. 7 weeks old so only little. Doesn't seem to be bothering him.

Not sure if he's broken it and it's dead? Could it be a big scab? :s do they get moles and stuff like us? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any "damage" will turn black for a week or so. This could be bruises or scrapes, it doesnt have to be something major like a burn or cut. Worse case is a cricket started munching, ive only seen it on tails though.
