I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to achieve, but this might catch your interestes. Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to build your own screens. That way you can make it whatever size you want. I built mine easily without being cut/scratched/etc.:

Also,

I was able to find all the stuff I needed at Home Depot and Lowes. Home Depot didn't have aluminum screen.
