Worms in plant

Ok...so after I misting my chams cage, I looked down to see a whole bunch of little white worms in the soil! And coming out of the holes from the bottom of the pot Now Louie doesnt really go down there *knock on wood*,but im still worried that they might cause a problem,what should i do? And I cant post pics right now,my camera isnt working now.

I don't have the worms in my cages but I have many house plants and when The soil stays wet too long the worms come. I am not sure if they r a bad thing but they can't be that good. Is your soil really moist alot ? If so let it dry up a little between waterings and they will stay away. Chris...
