Winter...

I'm back from a bunch of school stuff and want to go herping, only problem is... It's winter. So I'm asking for a bunch of herping supplies for spring and summer and I found some nice spots with h water and rocks! Let me know if there's anything cool you do in the winter that has anything to do with herping

I think you can look for mantis or stick bug ooths in the winter. Then you can feed them to your chameleons later on when they hatch!

I’m in Maine and everything is hibernating in the winter. Nothing to see here!

I can never forget a story a friend once told about a camping trip in Maine.

He was camping out solo in a pup-tent, and heard a noise outside. He unzipped the tent and stuck his head outside to investigate, and found himself nose-to-nose with "a horse with a tree growing out of its head." He tucked his head back in, zipped up the flap, and spent the next few hours in trepidation.

It still makes me smile thinking about it. :)
