So it isn't a full free range, but it's cageless and (hopefully) keeps them contained at the same time. If this works I might make this my new form of keeping chameleons if I end up getting more. It was cheap to do and my free range trees will be retired to regular house plants for the winter.

Are you going to fix it so your chameleon can't grab the cords and go on an adventure?

they can't they are too far away. i stapled them in the middle so they won't move around and get too close to them. the pictures really make them look small, they are actually pretty large.
