Winter basking bulb...

So i was wondering if any one changes there bulb for basking during the winter to a higher wattage cause i just noticed that the bulb i have in right now just isn't getting as hot as it should like it does during the summer...

Yep, I do. I use 40w in the summer, but have to upgrade to 60w in the winter. If that's still not enough I use a space heater in their room to raise ambient a little, which also brings the basking spot up a little.

I do as well.

Summer I use 60-75 watts, winters I use 75- 100 watts

Hmmm...ok cool...cause i just changed my bulb to a 100w bulb but i still see the little guy hanging up side down under the light...
I think ill turn the heater on too...

But what are the temperatures?

His basking spot is reading 90.1

that should be fine I don't think it needs to be higher then that.

I moved his basking branch and it went up to 94 and hes basking normal now insreaa of upside down...
