Window cage

so, our good friend absolutely loves our chams and she comes by to see them all the time and plans on getting one (i recommended her to join this forum). well. she had an idea on making a cage that is like a glorified window box. its a cube that sticks out the window so the cham can be outside without actually being outside. and i was wondering if anyone has ever had or seen anything like this before?

Definatly.an excellent idea! My climate is far to cold. I would have to make it out of plexi or glass and that would defeat the uvb benifets. But even for the warmth of the sun an excellent idea alk the way around I love it
