Why does my chameleon get a cough ?

My female panther chameleon got a little cough today.
It sounds like something in her throat, she wants to get them out.
And she didn't eat anything today.
I think that might be two reasons: 1. the air is too dry.
2. the cage is dusty.
So tomorrow I will disinfect the cage. I will clean the cage with the water fixed potassium permanganate or salt.
And I will give her some anti-inflammatory drug.
I hope she could get will soon.
