Who started these forums?

Ok i was just wondering what genius started these forums? I have also noticed that people have ranks ie junior member/ member. Does anyone know them all and what order they come? Just Curious....

Brad, the administrator started these forums, the ranking goes like this: junior member, member, senior member, senior member+, site sponsor (comes with custom ranking), and moderator (also custom ranking)
