White chameleon?!

I just noticed that my chameleons head and top of body turned white. What does this mean?!

Thanks! He is shedding A LOT right now. He is trying to scratch it all off. Should I help him? How should I go about this?

I normally dont help him by pulling it off. I will mist him down a little to help him work it off easier.

Hot showers are good. You put a plant in your tub then put him on it and then turn the shower head towards the wall to get nice warm mist for him
