Which UV strength for jacksons?

Monty's UV bulb will need replacing soon as I have had the little fella for 6 months already! He currently has a Repti Glo 5.0. Will that still be ok for him as an adult or should I move up to a 10.0 now he's getting older?

I use 5.0 tube lights on all my adults and have had no problems but I have hurd you can get 10.0 and raise it a bit. Not postitive about that though
