Which of these do I use and how often?

You could alternate the two vitamin products, one Sunday use Nutrobal, next Sunday the other vitamin, next week back to Nutrobol, etc.
If the calcium one doesnt have any phosphorous or vitamins, use that more often.

this is very generally speaking. Much depends on type of feeder, lighting, gutloading, type of chameleon, etc
