whats going on?

about a week ago i bought brand spanking new reptisun 5.0 uvb light and a brand spankin new fixture for it both from pangea ...it has been working great until today i went to shut it off while i cleaned ruru's cage and bumped it(didnt fall wasnt a hard bump" but the light went out before i touched the switch and now it wont work. iv tried taking the light out & putting it back in flipping it around...even tried a different outlet just to be sure! and now i get nothing at all...has this happened to anyone? if so how did u get it to work again?

I could be wrong, but don't some of those linear fixtures have fuses in them?

You have to be careful, even if you think it was a light bump it was still a bump. Try putting a different bulb in.

Syn-this is my only bulb now i days i gave the rest away with my other cham :\
from the looks of things il be buying another one asap if i cant get this one to come back on!

Go buy a plain bulb that will fit your fixture, shouldn't cost you more than $4. This will tell you if it's the fixture or the bulb. Either way it's a simple fix... but replacing the wrong thing will just cost you extra.

It's always a good idea to keep a spare bulb. If you give your cham some outside time for UV they will be fine for a couple of days until you get your new bulb.
