What type of panther cham is this?

Hi, I have posted in general discussion as my first post, I am new to here and to having a chameleon!
I got this little fella a few days ago, I didn't realise there was different breeds of chameleon, let alone different types of chameleon within the breed! But I am learning more as I go.
Can anyone tell me what type mine is?
I am sure i remember seeing something blue with a'x' in his title in the store we got him from. Thanks for reading.

You have a male, blue or red bar Ambilobe Panther chameleon. The bars could go red or blue from the pic I am seeing.

It's definitely a male, but we can't say for sure what locale he is. He *looks* ambilobe, but we can't tell you for certain.

Can you contact the store and ask them? The "x" in his title leads me to believe he could be a cross of some kind. Usually when people sell crosses they state it as "Ambilobe x Nosy Be" as an example.
