what to feed a sub adult

I only feed my lil one month old veiled lil crickets, nothing else. But the panther I am getting is a "sub adult" so what can I feed him? I'd love to vary his diet, is there any veg he needs or would eat too?

Panthers don't normally eat veggies and plants like the Veild's do. You can feed them silkworms, hornworms, dubias roaches, phoenix worms, locusts, wax worms, meal worms(in moderation on those) and superworms are all popular feeders.

wow lots of choices! Thanks Carol, so Veileds eat veg then, my veiled is only a month old, will he eat veg this young? I'm guessing collards, bok choy, escarole etc right? do I cut it up or do I just hang a leaf up and let him bite it off?

I don't own a Veiled but I have read alot of threads on there where the Veilds eat their plants in their enclosures, that is why it is so important to make sure that they are not toxic. I know some of them love hibiscus flowers. Not too sure on what veggies they eat but did see something the other day that the member said hers ate strawberries and cucumbers! Not sure what the preferred veggies are to feed Veild's or at what age to offer the food either, but I am sure someone will chime in here for ya.

my veileds will eat just about any vegi or fruit i put in for them, i rip them to smaller peices so its easier to eat, when its on a plant they are able to pull pieces off b/c the plant is anchored but tearing pieces off loose vegies are a bit harder, mine will eat collard greens they go crazy for dandelion greens apples, i offer them every other meal i make a little salad and put their live feeders on top :)
