What to feed a 2 1/2 month old male veiled

I am getting my male veiled on Sunday and getting everything all set up for him and I am looking for a good feeding schedule for him, how many crickets, what vitamins and how much to use, and do I need to give him anything other than crickets at this age, if so what, and if not when do I start with other things? also what are good things to feed the crickets?? thanks for your guys help!!

Feed him 1/2" crickets dusted lightly daily with calcium, 2x/month calcium w/D3 and multivitamins 1x/week

I always give my babies whatever they want to eat up to about 6 months, then start to limit him to 6 a day then 6 every other day. There are many other good food for veileds, but at 2 1/2 months crickets will be your staple.
