turns out that it is a hernea theres is nothing they can do for it not sure what to do as he is healthy eating and active

the vet wasnt much help but he seems to think it is a hernea should i have him put down ?? dont really want to he is my first and only haveing him for a short time iv found these lil guys are fantastic to whach and have there own personality

I don't know if its simply the remains of the umbilical cord and will eventually fall off or if its herniated. I don't think it should be life-threatening if it doesn't change...but then I'm not a vet. I don't understand why it couldn't be put back inside and the hole stitched up though. Did the vet say anything about that?

he wouldnt survive the operation he seems ok tho and is not in any pain but its all very hard him being so small
