What should the temps be for a 3-4 month old chameleon

Im getting a juvenile veiled chameleon soon and i was wondering if my temps are ok. My ambient temps range any were between 66-72 and my basking temps are around 76-81. If the basking temps are wrong then I will just get a new bulb but how do i get the ambient temp up?

I would up the basking temps to 83 or 84. You might find my blog for new keepers helpful.
