What kind of water do Veiled Chameleons drink?

Hi, I need to know what sort of water is best. Can I use Sping Water, Drinking Water, Distilled Water or Sink water. Which should I use, what should I avoid, what is best for my Chameleons health?

I use RO water for all my chameleons.

I'm not so sure I would use tap water without testing it. I use a RO water, my tap water is very hard.

I use tap water treated with a shot of Reptisafe.

I use rain water when I can. Most tap water has fluoride. Nasty chemical left over from industrial waste that has no place in water. It is a poison. They only add it to water to dispose of it. I also wonder if it plays a role in edema in reptiles.

A few cities like Portland don't add it to their water. Smart choice.

If you research how fluoride got mandated to our drinking water it will shock you.
