What it mean when my chameleon blinking his eyes.....I hope he not sick

sometime he close his one eye for like 5-10 sec too

It can be because of many reasons. It could be the lighting (bulbs) or he can have something in his eye. You can give him a nice long warm shower or lots of heavy mistings if he doesn't like showers to aid him in cleaning out his eye. What type of bulbs are you using?
