What is the best way to dust crickets

So rn what I do is I take the crickets out of the tub and put them in a small glass tubbaware container that has its viatamind in it a shake to dust them then I grab them with tongs one by one which is tedious is there a better way

I get a baggie and put the tiniest pinch of calcium, no D3 in there or if I’m doing vitamins that day, same thing, the tiniest pinch, then I add my crickets and give it a little shake. They get just a light dusting on them. Then I dump them in a bird feeder cup and add it to his enclosure. Eustis eats them right out of the cup. I rarely have escapees because the cup is pretty deep. I got it at petco.

Okay thanks I feel like a baggy would be better bc Rn I’m using this really shallow container to dust them. And I def don’t want to touch them bc I’m deathly afraid of bugs 😂

Buy Cricket shakers... One for each supplement you use. Take a plastic cup pour the bugs into it shake it around. The loose supplement falls to the bottom and pour the feeders back out into the cup. Bugs come out lightly coated and it is much easier. Less waste of supplements as well.

I have posted them before lol. I dunno how you missed them. They are amazing. I just pour through the little hole on top, shake and pour out into a cup. Then pour the feeders into the run. Has worked with everything... crickets, dubia, hornworms, silkworms, even bsfl if you want to dust those.
