well i have a female jacskon and well i only have 2 food which are crickets and phoenix worms so i was wondering what all i should buy to keep a good variety
therefore if you would tell me what to feed her for
monday
tuesday
wednesday
etc...
with some great websites to buy from i would highly appreciate it

dubia roach
super meal worm (Zophobas morio)
silk worms

If you want to diy it, dubia are the easiest to grow. Silkies are easy if you get the zebra and wash hands, they are alittle expensive since they only eat mulberry chow. Super's are dirt cheap so id just get 500-1000 small ones and grow for six months.

You really dont need a schedule. The variety is mainly to prevent hunger strikes, and to a lesser degree to make sure they are not missing any micro nutrients.

for sites, ive had good luck with mulberry farms, lll reptile, and have been in contact with smallpetfeeders, coastalsilkworms, and greatlakes hornworms. Most are site sponsors.

variety is the key, i give my veiled crix in the a.m. and then a couple phoenix worms and dubia in the afternoon. as long as you do the best to give him variety he will be happy. :D
