What does shedding look like at the beginning?

Hi I have a female Jackson's and she has been mine for about 3-4 weeks and I think she is beginning her first shed since getting her and I don't really know what to look for. I see a whitish scab like mark on her tail and then there are a bunch of smaller white dots along her backbone. There aren't that much but enough to get me worried. Also sorry about the picture quality i was using my phone and she was not participating.

Not to alarm you. But they will go a little dull in color just before they shed. When it does happen. If it is anything like Mojo's shed. It will look like it's exploding off her. Her skin will start to split like tissue paper. Takes about half a day.

she is a cutie ! if she is shedding make sure u mist enough that helps with the shedding process. and what ever u do dont pick at her shedding skin just let it fall of her naturally. i have a sub adult veiled and it took him about 3 days to fully shed but i hear when they r older they she in parts which he did do! good luck!

Shedding

MY GUY AT 3-5 MONTHS SHED 4X..they do grow alot at that age.Heres a picture of Rango now at 6 months shedding..which is a good sign of them being healthy.
