What do you love/like the most about keeping Chameleons?

EVERYTHING!!! the way they look, move and definately personality i.e somedays ruru willl want to be my best friends and other days she wants nothing to do with me at all.... its funny :D:p

the way the hunt down the pray :D and the communications with their colours, its amazing :D Just go home, and instead of turning on the TV i sit next to the cham cage and watch him/her walking around or just sitting and looking down on me :)

Yes, they are definitely addicting to watch. I started watching mine at length last summer because I was so clueless about taking care of her! Then I found myself spending more time in her room...then I found myself in there more than my garden... And just by watching her, she began to trust me. It was cool.

"Reptilian Demigods." That will be the new term on the word wall in my classroom today! Interesting thing is, my students will know exactly what I'm referring to. I bore them with my cham stories and force them to see all their pics on my iphone day after day... LOL Anymore they don't say, "Hello, Ms. Cligrow." They say, "How are the chams today, Ms. Cligrow?"

Whats not to love? For me its there cute little faces, they always look like they are smiling. :D:D There little hands when they hold your finger! Awww :D ok im like a love sick puppy thinking about them, im sad. lol

My mum loves to sit and watch mine, sadly Mia doesn't like her so normally goes and hides. lol

I also like to watch them grow :)
Starting with something as tiny as your finger and
having it grow up to be a beautiful creature and knowing
you did your part to make that happen is the best.
I got alot of satifaction out of that when I was keeping :)

I like the part that everyday feels like a struggle to keep him alive,,,yaahhhh.. The challenge of keeping a healthy and happy specimen...
Switched to dubias from lateralis and he hasn't eaten besides 1 mealworm a day in 2 days hopefully he'll eat this evening..
